Health and Wellness Pod The Health and Wellness Pod is a diverse group of people involved with the exploration of health and wellness. Our focus is on alternative medicine and wholistic healing, but we are inclusive of modern medicine and technology. Our goal is to bring information about the many different applications of natural healing to the community that not only educates and informs, but makes healing a practical and useful tool in living. Our Health and Wellness pod hosts a periodic Wellness Exchange where we invite the public to partake of free lectures by professional and lay health practitioners. Additionally we offer and annual Green Guide and Holistic Directory. |
