GREEN GUIDE AND HOLISTIC DIRECTORY

The Natural Living Alliance (NLA) invites you to become an integral part of our 3RD Annual Green Guide and Holistic Directory, which will provide listings of all the earth-friendly, naturally oriented and ecologically minded businesses, services and organizations available in and around St. Johns County.

The mission of the NLA is to enhance awareness of sustainable lifestyles
in St Johns County through education, exchange and example.

We invite businesses and individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Use socially and environmentally responsible methods to source, manufacture, and market their products.
  • Employ innovative practices that benefit - 1) employees 2) communities 3) environment 4) customers/clients/patients.
  • Focus on using business as a tool for positive social change – balancing values driven with profit driven motives.
  • Are contributing to a greener profile in their industry by educating people about healthy choices.

We also invite local organizations that:

  • Promote social and ecological awareness through education.
  • Give discounts for their services to Green organizations

We hope that you will join us in our vision of Greening St. Johns County. By providing earth-friendly choices, we can ensure a sustainable and healthy future for all. Be the change you want to see in the world today by sharing who you are with our community in the 3rd Annual St. Johns County Green Guide and Holistic Directory. Green Guides are distributed throughout St. Johns County and will be free to the public.

Deadline for applications is JUNE 30, 2008. Applications are available online as well. Even if you are renewing last year’s ad, we require an application. The application is our check point for who’s in the guide, for the exact language you want used in your listing (on-line and in the Green Guide) and helps to keep us organized. We welcome and appreciate early submissions.

A note about our advertising fees: Although we have the lowest advertising fees in town, we cannot control the rising cost of our printer. Because of this we must increase our fees by a nominal 10%.
